JustBet is located in San Jose, Costa Rica and was founded in 1998. JustBet mainly caters to the middle of the pack average bettor, with average bet sizes ranging, from as little as five dollars to a maximum of $5000. Throughout its 13 years in the online betting industry, JustBet claims to have grown from a sportsbook getting an average amount of action, to one that has double that. In fact, in a recent top 10 best sportsbooks of the decade poll, JustBet ranked in eighth. However, it should be noted, that in the companies early goings, it received a lot of criticism for poor customer service and payout schemes. For the reason that criticism such as this is literally a kiss of death in the industry, JustBet recently reformatted its business model and management team. In just under three years, JustBet has altered their reputation from one frowned upon, to one of the most highly praised. The two biggest changes for JustBet was their approach to payouts and their reliability. On the one hand, JustBet is one of several sportsbooks that uses an eight in the morning to four in the afternoon approach to allowing sending out withdrawals. Their main forte for withdrawing is NETTELLER and Moneygram. Withdrawals can take anywhere from same day service to next morning. On the other side of things, JustBet recently adopted the 24 hour a day seven day a week year round approach to customer service. They upgraded their customer service staff, meaning to say whether you speak to a representative on the phone or in an online chat, you will be able to talk to someone that knows what they are doing. |
